"Below industry salary. Management reacts very slowly to changes. The Digital Asset Management dept (DAM) has very high turnover due to unsupportive management."

"This review is for the Toyota TDA in New York City. - Upper management does not have the skills they need to push S&S Toyota TDA in to the new generation. All of your time will be spent on broadcasting spots or countless banner ads for sales events that disappear in a month. There is no push for important advertising like Social or long lasting campaigns. - Account acts like they are your client, not a team vibe at all - Micro managing and bottle necking of jobs makes for countless missed deadlines - Entry/mid level staff does not make nearly enough, there is no room for growth and they do not give you yearly raises. They are currently in a pay raise freeze. - The office is dated and old. If you are lucky to have an office, it will most likely have no windows and be dark and dingy - COUNTLESS complaints were made to HR about the mistreatment of women in this company and nothing was done. Nothing will be done. HR is simply covering for the men and when complaints were made we were told that "They had been here for so long that there is nothing they could do""

"Full of old timers with no vision. They have a real hard time with the basics. The weak & under performers thrive here. If you’re strong & smart you will have to carry the incompetent. You better like it & do it with a smile because if you complain about about working late while the loser goes home you will be the one in trouble. Departments are segmented & don’t work cooperatively. Toxic for smart people & a haven for idiots. HR is weak & quite duplicitous."

"I was hired prompting that there is no advancement. After 2 year, someone from the same agency was promoted to a higher level leaving us all scratching our head. Poor Management since there have a group call Resources that is own by Saatchi Saatchi - Too many manager and no one knows what the others are doing. On person was able to spy on VP and SVP computers and get foresight on events before they happen in the helpdesk. Bad Security. Cons: overworked, not pay since hourly for weekends worked. Department of labor should look into them."

"A day won't go by without doing any jobs unless otherwise. It was a very productive environment in a sense that you would always go home having learnt something new and a very good environment to grow within the industry and as a being and a Creative. Management and co-workers. were great they made you feel right at home and made time for you whenever possible and helped where they could. Hardest part of the job was swallowing your pride just to ask for help. The most fruitful part of the job is meeting new people coming from different ethnic backgrounds and seeing how much you really have in common, also completing a brief on time and also the feeling of going home knowing you have learnt a lot also knowing that there's a lot more in store."
